My name is Stacey Shulak and I have over 15 Years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner and Recruiter in the realm of Video Games and VFX medium, hiring left and right brain contributors. I possess strong leadership and relationship-building abilities and am highly skilled in identifying creative and technical talent that compliments any team and the culture of the organization. 

 

I possess a key strength in Talent Acquisition with a clear focus on employee retention dedicated to creating proactive opportunities for training and growth through performance management, compensation and benefits analysis.

 

I am always looking for ways to optimize and improve efficiency, and am still flexible enough to easily adapt to change.

 

In my most recent experience, I helped to scale the award-winning Felix and Paul Studios hiring a variety of roles from Developers, Compositors, 3D Artists, Roto Artists, Editors, Finance, Administrative, and Camera Development Engineers.
